Alright mama--here is a lot of what you need to know about first trimester: what we focus on, some of the changes happening in our bodies, the hormones you're experiencing, and more.
Please watch this and listen up before you get started in your first trimester workouts. And PLEASE remember: first trimester is hard...really hard. So don't feel like working out, that is OKAY, Mama. Don't ever force a workout when your body is telling you not to do it. Your body is doing the MOST right now!
