- SS x 3: 15 hip thrusts + 20 seated leaning abduction
- 2 x 8 (each leg) single leg two point tap with SLRDL
- SS x 3: 12 RDL’s + 15 glute bridges
- Finisher: 2 x 10/10 birddog pulses
