- 2 x 5 (each side) hip CARs (see ya never!)
- 2 x 10 (each side) birddog pulses
- 2 x 20 cha-chas (each leg, don't alternate)
- 2 x 10 (each leg) rainbows
- 3 x 5 (each direction) lateral step taps + 3 good mornings
- 2 x 10 squats with lateral raise (each side)
- 3 x 10 banded glute bridges
