- Activation: 20 bridges, 10 (each leg) fire hydrants, 15 squats
- 4x: 8 thrusts + 8 half thrusts + 8 second hold
- SS x3: 10 deep step ups + 8 SL hip thrusts (complete each move on R leg then switch to L leg)
- SS 3x: 10 American RDL’s + 10 cable (long band) pull throughs
- SS 3x: 20 weighted glute bridges + 20 (each leg) bodyweight lateral kickbacks (in quadruped stance)
- Finisher: Seated abduction + hip thrust ladder
- 30/30/30 + 20 hip thrusts
- 20/20/20 + 15 hip thrusts
- 10/10/10 + 10 hip thrusts
