- Activation: 3x 40 lateral step taps, 15 hip thrusts, 10 squats
-SS 4x: 5-second tempo hip thrusts + 10 (each leg) SL hip thrusts
-SS: 3x 12 sumo RDL’s + 10 (each leg) Bulgarian SLRDLs
- 3 x 8 3-2-1 tempo sumo squats
-Finisher: SS x3 12 (each leg) standing fire hydrants + 10 (each leg) banded fire hydrants
