- Activation: 3x 15 good mornings, 20 hip thrusts, 10 (each leg) rainbows
- SS 4x: 10 1.5 rep RDL’s + 10 swings
- SS: 3x 10 1.5 rep hip thrusts + 20 banded bodyweight glute bridges
- 3 x 10 (each leg) reverse lunge to step ups
- Finisher: 3x (each leg) 10 long band (or cable machine!) kickbacks
