Change of location today! It was pouring outside, and E sleeps in his nursery now as y'all know. So we're making do with what we got! It's a little cramped and cluttered, and E woke up about 4 times during this one...but the show must go on! We've got a schedule to follow and a booty to build, right?
- Activation: 10 good mornings, 20 (each direction) lateral steps, 20 glute bridges
- 3 x 8 HEAVY B-stance hip thrusts (each leg)
- SS: 3x 12 cable squats + 10 cable pull throughs (I use my long band for both of these!)
- Glute Bridge ladder: weighted + incline—25, 20, 25, 10, 5 (both are banded!)
