- SS: 4x 20 weighted glute bridges + 20 banded hip thrusts
- SS: 3x hip banded 15 RDL’s + 10 (each leg) long band SLRDL (think cable machine here! And if you have access to one, use that instead)
- SS: 3x 30 frog pumps + 10 reverse frog hypers
- Finisher: 4x 20 incline glute bridge + 30 second hold (no rest!)
